8.5 Mile Run in Ocean Beach and Point Loma on August 29, 2014

Today I did a run in Ocean Beach and Point Loma area, mostly along Sunset Cliff Boulevard. As usual, I planned the course using Google map. It's a beautiful run and took me to places that I have not been to before. The coast line along Sunset Cliff looks so beautiful. It's a hot day at 28C with full sun. Towards the end of the run I started not feeling so good, bordering feeling sick. I did not have an appetite after the run. The appetite started to show up about one hour after I stopped running. I covered a distance of 8.5 miles. I also did 28 mins run this morning after I got up.

9 mile run in San Elijo Lagoon August 21, 2014

I parked at the end of Solana Hills Drive. After getting on the trail, I first went on Solana Hills Trail to the west. I took Pole Road Trail to the end and turned back. I went under Freeway 5 to the east side of the trails system. I was planning to go all the way to El Camino Real, but I got on the wrong trail and did not make it there. It was a nice day out running.
