This park is off Genesee Avenue and highway 52: https://www.sandiego.gov/park-and-recreation/parks/osp/marianbear I did a 3.5 miles run today in the park. With cooler temperature, running is more enjoyable.

An 8 mile run in Coronado

A good run today on March 29 2017

Today's run was 8.5 miles in Mission Bay. It was a good run not because I set a new PR. But it was the good feeling I had while I ran and afterwards. I did not feel like out of energy. This is a good feeling to have since I have been sick on and off for 2 to 3 weeks already. I ran a bit faster in the last three miles to make it a negative split run. The weather was so nice that it would make one to continue to live in San Diego.

6.5 miles Bernardo Summit Lake Hodges Oct 22 2014

I tried out a new pair of Salomon size 9.5. It felt very comfortable with good support and grip. It's the best trail shoes I have worn. The run was on a hot day like 30C. I was hoping to find the 2011 log book in the summit so I could read the notes again that were written before the twins were born. But I could not find it in the metal box. The three log books in the box were for 2014. It seemed there were a lot of people who made it up there and wrote notes.
